He was predeceased by: his son Richard McKenzie; and his brother Joey McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. McKenzie; his sons, Scott McKenzie (Ashley) and Jeff McKenzie (Malinda); his grandchildren, Tyler, Sarah, Landon, Koby, Brodie and Gage; and his siblings, Johnny McKenzie and Linda Tredes (Jimmy). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
