He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Florkiewicz; his children, James Florkiewicz (Jordan) and Caroline West (Austin); his wife Susan Rutherford Florkiewicz; and his siblings, John, Karen and Mary. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
