She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Samuel Howington and Robbie McRae Redus Howington; her brothers, Robert Howington (Bob) and Bill Howington; and her daughter Rhonda Brantley.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Thomas; her daughter Jennifer Drew (Kelly); her son-in-law Mike Brantley (Janice); and her grandchildren, Shelley Rasinen (Ryan), Jaime Smith (Bruce), Joseph Drew (Kasey) and Stacey Wolf (Stefan). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in memory of Martha can be made to Christ Wesleyan Church in Daphne, Alabama.
