She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Theresa and John Dorgan, Sr.; her brother Patrick Dorgan (Joan); and her brothers-in-law, Rex Edwards and John Germann.
She is survived by: her husband Edward John Shultz; her daughters, Theresa "Terri" Bostick (Parker) of Fairhope, Elizabeth Neeley (Anthony) of Fairhope and Jessica Jernigan (Brent) of Magnolia Springs; her grandchildren, Carter, Bradley, Miller, Copeland and Mary Jane; and her siblings, John (Carol Ann), Robert (Susan), Billy (Patty), Tim (Elaine), Anne Germann, Dee Dee Edwards, Mary Gore (Gerald) and Peggy Steadman (Philip). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) in Memphis, TN or to St. Lawrence Parish (stlawrencefairhope.com) in Fairhope, AL.
