She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John Luther (Jake) of Ellisville, MS, Irene Johnson Fant of Ellisville, MS, Owen William of Ellisville, MS and Dovie Holliman Lawson of Ellisville, MS; and her parents, James Herman Fant and Betty Lawson Fant McLendon.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Edkins-McAnally (Adam); her granddaughters, Emily McAnally of Frisco, TX and Jillian McAnally of Frisco, TX; her siblings, Stanley Fant (Debbie) of Fairhope, AL and Susan Fant of Daphne; her nephews, Allen Fant of Millbrook, AL and Joseph Fant of Fairhope, AL; her niece Dr. Perrin Fant Windham (Brandon) of Daphne, AL; her aunt Helen Hill Lawson of Ellisville, MS; and her uncle Charles Moseley of Hurley, MS. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Spanish Fort Presbyterian Church Music Memorial Fund.
