He is survived by: his spouse Judith Wright Jenkins; his children, Jeremy Michael Jenkins (Katie) of Chattanooga and Wesley Baxter Jenkins of Chattanooga; his siblings, Charles Terrence Jenkins of Daphne, AL, Baxter Jenkins, Jr. (Sandy) of Lebanon, Patrick Kelley Jenkins (Vicki) of Ajijic and Penny Jenkins Evans (Bob) of Horn Lake, MS; and his sister-in-law Linda Wright Hardison (Joel) of Hixson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
