He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Alfred Tullos of Montrose and Gloria Pulliam of Seattle; and his siblings, Amaris of Gulf Shores, Zaneta of Gulf Shores, Marlena of Gulf Shores and Stephen of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
