He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lazzari of Daphne; his children, Vanessa Lazzari Papenburg of Decatur, AL, Lori Lazzari Goldweber (Adam) of Birmingham, Patricia Lazzari Ashcraft (Art) of Cumming, GA. and John F. Lazzari, Jr. (Donna) of Daphne; his grandchildren, Tres Wiley, Colin Papenburg, Charlie Papenburg, Anna Grace Papenburg, Taylor Ashcraft, Hayleigh Lazzari and Carley Lazzari Luna (Anthony); and his sister Frances Nelson of Daphne, AL. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Belforest Volunteer Fire Department or your favorite charity.
