He was loved and cherished by many people including: his uncle Jason Allen Howell; his parents, Brandon Dowell and Nicole Dowell of Daphne; his brother Barrett Howell; his grandparents, Charlene Whitt (Sam) of Fairhope and Keith Howell (Cathy) of Grand Bay; his uncle Michael Howell (Danielle); his cousin Harper Rose Howell; his grandmother Christina Ray of Mobile; his aunt Lauren Dowell; his uncle Matt Dowell; and his grandfather Stewart Dowell of Mobile. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
