She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sara Elizabeth (Sciples) and Herman Howard Watkins; her husband Thomas E. Hess; her children, Gail Moutz of Baton Rouge, LA and Susan Jennings of Austin, TX; her brother Ray Watkins (Linda) of Georgetown, TX; her sisters-in-law, Judy Hester (David) of Gautier, MS and Pat Stork (Southern) of Pascagoula, MS; and also Daphne. She was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren.
