He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Magdalene and Floyd Lee Levens of Ft. Myers, FL; and his brother Corbett Eugene Levens of Ft. Myers, FL.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Levens of Daphne, AL; his son Andrew Erle Levens (Christina); his granddaughter Kylee Levens; his children, Mark Levens (Carol) of Georgia and Cynthia Gordon (Paul) of Memphis, TN; and his siblings, Floyd Lee Levens of Jacksonville, FL and Frances Marie Hansen of Ft. Myers, FL. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church Fairhope, Children's Building Fund.
