He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Martin and Susan Martin; and his brother Dale Martin. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Ray Martin (Marcy), David Martin, Connie Martin and Charlotte Martin.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
