It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Derek Lewis Sr. (Daphne, Alabama), born in Fairhope, Alabama, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Lewis, and Vivian Lewis, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Eddie Richardson and Jessie-Maye Floyd; and his aunt Janice Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Erline Lewis of Fairhope Alabama; his sons, Chester Lewis, Jr. (Christina) of Slidell, Brandon Lewis (Norleisha) of Spanish Fort and Cameron Lewis (Veronique) of Fairhope, Alabama; his grandchildren, Trinity Lewis, Brayden Lewis, Chester Lewis, III, Charles Lewis, Chloe Lewis, Braxton Lewis and Harmony Lewis; and his siblings, Clinton Lewis, Jr. of Fairhope, Dominic Lewis of Daytona Beach and Cheryl Jenkins (Cedric) of Pooler, Georgia. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and other friends.
