With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Eugene Wiley of Danville, Alabama, who passed away on January 3, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Thomas Eugene leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Thomas Eugene may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otis Wiley and Vera Gertrude Jacobs Wiley; his son Tom Ethan Wiley; and his brothers, John Kenneth Wiley (Mary Ann), William Bennett Wiley (Mary Dean), Rayburn Jackson Wiley and Richard Weldon Wiley (Carol).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alicia Shaw Wiley and Miller Shane Wiley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Home (23599 AL-24, Trinity, AL 35673). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Samaritan's Purse.
