She is survived by: her children, Allen Singleton (Cindy) and Kathy Self (Leon); her siblings, Dale Carpenter (Pat) and Helen White; and her grandchildren, Jerry Rooks and Brandon Rooks. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
