She is survived by: her children, Barry Cook (Leisa) and Marsha Hart (Gene); her stepchildren, Ricky Cook, Delane Gunn, Deloris Standridge (Larry), Donna Teichmiller and Diane Durham; and her brother Randy Gaines (Lisa). She is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.
