He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Forie Elizabeth Boger McCaghren; his wife Jean McCaghren of Danville, AL; his children, Joe McCaghren of Hartselle, AL, Anna "Cricket" McCaghren Wilson (Paul) of Hartselle, AL and Dee Dee McCaghren Murphy (Jason) of Hartselle, AL; his stepchildren, Chuckie Cole (Kristi) of Danville, AL and Amanda Cole of Hartselle, AL; and his sister Pat Davis. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
