He was predeceased by: his parents, Iva Mae Carr and John Thomas Kirby; and his siblings, Wayne Kirby, Bennett Kirby and Barbara Kirby.
He is survived by: his children, Edwin Kirby, Monica Kirby, Jamie Kirby Morse, Jesse Kirby, Frank Kirby and Julie Kirby; and his siblings, Clint Kirby, Roger Kirby, Ricky Kirby, Merita Hardin, Vera Cannon and Dellephine Warren. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
