He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Turner Vines. He is survived by: his children, Larry (Melisa Vines) and Angel (Bob Glass); and his brothers, Cecil A. Bell and Phillip Vines. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
