It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burlin Rutherford of Danville, Alabama, born in Allen, Alabama, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Rutherford; his parents, Clyde Rutherford (Annie Ayers Rutherford) and Annie Rutherford; and his siblings, Randal Rutherford, Ronnie Rutherford, Waymon Rutherford, Stevie Rutherford, Edward Lavearl Rutherford, Ray Rutherford, Bobby Gene Rutherford, Larry Rutherford, Carolyn Sams and Jeanette Blasingame.
He is survived by: his son Lavearl Rutherford (Karen); his grandchildren, Tyler Rutherford, Brittany Luke, Kaden Rutherford and Emalee Hammon; and his sister Joyce Engle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
