He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wiley and Lucille Byars Wiley; and his brother John Byars "J. B.". He is survived by: his father-in-law John Wilbur Jackson; his wife Wanda Jean Jackson Wiley; his children, Vanessa Leigh Wiley Talley (Donald) and Bobby Johns Wiley (Diane); his grandsons, Jonathan Logan Talley, Hunter Ray Talley (Shalesha) and Austin Lee Talley; his great grandchildren, Cooper Logan Talley, Raelee Ellen Talley, Ryker Lee Talley and Ronan O'neal Talley; his brothers, Billy Lyndon Wiley (Earlene) of Milton, FL and Michael Wayne "Butch" Wiley of Danville; and his mother-in-law Winnie Madeline Sullivan Jackson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
