He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Coot" and Faye Reid Williams; his wife Yoshiko Gilley Williams; and his siblings, Gary Glenn and Gladys Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Tomoko Turner (Randy Deloney), Suzanne Dorsett (Greg) and Randy Williams; his grandchildren, Brittany, Dylan Deloney, Reid McLendon, Austin Dorsett, Matthew, Abigail and Phillip Williams; his siblings, Sheila Persinger, Trudy Smith (James), Debbie Gerberich (Ralph) and Hank Williams; and his close friends, Stacy Strickland and Cassie Tysinger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
