He is survived by: his children, Amy Louise Doty of Samson, AL, Allie Thrasher (Nick), Charles Curtis Doty (Kasey) and Phillip Newton Doty (Chera); his stepsons, Thomas Ray of Enterprise, AL and Timothy Ray (Ginger); and his siblings, Virginia Buchanan (Floyd), Dana Mayhair (Hamp), Patti White and David Doty (Laura). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 greatgrandchild.
