He was predeceased by: his brother Terry David; his mother Nina Tillery-Devine; and also Jefferson Davis Devine. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Devine, Crystal Devine-Hardison and Anthony; his grandchildren, Bryanna Hardison of Ozark and Raven Hardison of Ozark; his siblings, Cereethea Gulledge, Jefferson Donald (Louise), Elaine Huss, Amma Agerton, Rickey (Linda), Sherry Lister, Danny (Joan) and Marie; his aunts, Elaine and Marie; his uncle Jefferson; his sister Crystal Devine-Hardison; and his close friends, Harold Scarborough and Wesley Folds.
