He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Warren. He is survived by: his children, Debra Hines of Newton, AL, Michael Warren (Renee) of Daleville, AL, Dale Warren (Phyllis) of Daleville, AL and Timothy Warren (Karen) of Newton, AL. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
