She was predeceased by: her husband Joel Woodham; her parents, Earl Spivey and Mary Dean Clayton; and her stepfather Freddie Clayton. She is survived by: her children, Nickey Guenther (Jason), Ricky Woodham (Elaine), Newville Woodham and Mickey Woodham (Gail); her brother Allen Spivey; her grandchildren, Chris Woodham (Hannah), Jessica Woodham (David), Braden Walker, Jeremy Woodham (Ashley), Justin Woodham (Leslie), Patrick Guenther, Bridget Nicole Spencer (Josh), John Preston Ecker (Chrissy), Jeffery Robinson, Marshall Miller and Jennifer Robinson; her great grandchildren, Mallory Woodham and Jagger Uriel; her niece Allison Kate Spivey; and her uncle Jimmy Saunders (Becky).
