He is survived by: his wife Debbie Adams; his children, Lucenda Tidwell (Dusty), Tracy Helms and Chris Lewis (Christi); his siblings, Sherry Stein (John), Betty Coleman (Pete), Joanne Sanders (Tony), Joey Adams (Shelby), David Adams and Oscar Adams; and his mother-in-law Mavis Berryhill. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
