He is survived by: his parents, Tony Michael and Wanda Faye Scarborough Holmes; his wife Monica Ortuno; his children, Selena Holmes, Sabrina Holmes, Gabriella Holmes and Jacob Holmes; and his sister Sonya Nichols. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
