He is survived by: his wife Jean Spiers of Daleville, AL; his son Michael Spiers; his stepdaughter Jennifer Griffin Martin (Alan); his siblings, Sue Owens of High Point, NC and Douglas Spiers of Asheboro, NC; and his grandchildren, Krystal Julian of Jon, Ala, Erica Martin Richardson, Ryder Richardson, Aiden and Evan Martin.
