She was predeceased by: her parents, Keither Chapman and Ethel Frazier Chapman; her spouse Emery Boyd Chase; and her siblings, Roy Chapman, Brookie Chapman Combs and Nancy Chapman Noblit.
She is survived by: her sister Billie Jean Chapman Thacker; her daughters, Brenda Sue Chase, Katherine Chase McIntosh (Randall) and Daleville of Alabama; her grandchildren, Mike Blaze, Chase McIntosh (Ashley), Stormi Mcintosh Henry (Zebedee) and Sara Kate Blais Channels; and her great grandchildren, Emily Nicole Stinson, Matthew Combee, Olivia Ann Henry, Jameson McIntosh, Emeri Brooke Henry, Abbygail Kate Channels and Zebedee Henry V..
