She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Laymon Grubbs and Mary Mellowdean Beard Grubbs; and her husband Gary Edwin Blair. She is survived by: her children, Donnete Klein (Fred) and Bruce Blair (Amanda); her siblings, Amy Morgan (Bill), John Grubbs (Wanda) and Jim Grubbs (Patty); her grandchildren, Dakota Hoomes (Dixie), Jon Klein, Beal (Dylan) of Kansas and Logan Klein; and her great grandchild Presley Beal.
