He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Wright (Peoples) and Walter Wright; and his siblings, Ricky Wright and Theresa Nichols (John). He is survived by: his children, Hali Mason (Chris) and Brandon Wright (Kristen); his grandchildren, Jace Mason, Gannon Mason and Breeli Kate Mason; and his siblings, Dianne Barody, Wally Wright, Danny Wright (Dawn Knight) and Louise Hargis (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
