He was predeceased by: his wife Leanette Carnley; and his daughter Deborah Carnley. He is survived by: his children, Dana Carol Driskell (Ricky) and Richard Ted Carnley (Janna); his grandchildren, Jonathan Zielinski (Tanisha), Sabrina Thomas (Bubba), Hunter Wallace of Chancellor, AL, Ashlea Hand (Samuel), Forrest Carnley (Rebecca), Daniel McCullough (Cadie) and Justin McCullough (Hayley); and his sister Jimmie Lou Smith. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
