She is survived by: her children, Thomas Fields, Jr. (TJ) and Linda Fields Coleman (Dee); and her brothers, Bernard Sulliban, Richard Sulliban and Jeffrey Sulliban. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
