He is survived by: his wife Rita Martin of Daleville, AL; his siblings, John Lee Martin of Magnolia, MS and Alice; his nieces, Jessie Maxon of Norco, LA and Carla Simpson (Joey) of Huntsville, AL; his stepchildren, Raschelle Patrice Gates, Lavonne Duke and James Walker; and his stepgrandchildren, Rheagyn Golay, Madison Grace Brown, Dutchess Walker, Donavyn Gates, Tyson McGowin and D'Mami Walker.
