She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Sparks and Bertie Griffin Sparks; her siblings, Rodney Sparks, Dwight Sparks and Ann Sparks Thorne; and her brother-in-law Robert Winston Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Tamara Yewell (Chuck), Melanie DeWeese (Mike), Tyler Vaughn (Lisa), Julie Kline and Brownie Caldwell (David). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (178 S Tallassee St, Dadeville, AL 36853). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
