He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Williams and Louise Williams; and his siblings, Raymond Williams, Ronald Williams (Buck), Roland Williams (Lee) and Rita Hataway.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Hart (Jason) and Tonya Campbell (Walter); his grandchildren, Carey Williams, Brittany Penn, Shane Williams (Brent), Sam Penn (Jade), Walter Campbell (Katie), Haleigh Hart and Justin Campbell (Kristen); his great grandchildren, Cerena, Corey, Rylan, Willa and Grayson; his siblings, Roger Williams (Rhonda), Rosa Roland, Rachel Mills (Mickey), Robert Williams (Nucus), Cindy Williams, Brenda Williams and Tommy Hataway; and his close friends, Dean Barber, Donny Williams and Neal Brock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
