He is survived by: his mother Mary Canady; his children, Corey Canady Shealey (Haley) of McCalla, AL, Anthony Jarod Davis of Nashville, TN, Michael Andre Canady and Ryanne Rogers of Sarasota, FL; his sisters, Tiffany Modenou (Kodjovi) of McDonough, GA and Deccie Turk (Cedric); his aunts and uncles, Clarice Davis, Julia Terrell, Ocie Ray Brooks of Dadeville and James Brooks of Dadeville; and his cousin Vernetta Shaw. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
