She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemuel Clay and Mary Lillie Lawler Kirk; and her husband Clifton Earl Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Vicky P. Smith (Allen), Sherry P. Oliver (Tim) and David Phillips (Tracey); her grandchildren, Chase Brown, Carson Smith, Carter Smith, Cassandra Rickey, Zach Longshore, Blaine Clark, Tricia Bell (Cody), Saige Phillips Welcher (Jake) and Stetson Phillips (Kristen); her great grandchildren, Hartley Phillips, Raylee Phillips and Addyson Bell; and her siblings, Roy Kirk (Sandra), Joyce Glass, Linda Wilson and Sheila Hall (Ray).
