He was predeceased by: his father Donald Pitchford. He is survived by: his mother Josie Creamer Pitchford (Perry); his wife Teresa Stephens Pitchford; his children, Amanda Everett (Drew), Kimberly Walls (Scotty), Hana Dennis (John), Maranda Wilson (Stanley), Brittany Alexander (Seth) and Jason Carboni; and his siblings, Donna Chandler (Russ) and Ray Pitchford (Sheila). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
