He is survived by: his children, Vickie Lynn Spivey (Rod), Sherrie Dawson (Randell), Gena Spratlin Harrell and Eddie Kenneth Spratlin, II (Nikki); and his siblings, John Eddie Spratlin, Jr. (Joyce) and Virginia Gayle Moore. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; many countless nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
