Richard Carter, Jr. (Brenda), Dr. Charles Carter, Bruce Carter (Diane), John McCants and William Carter (Carolyn); and his parents-in-law, Annie Harper Pollard, John Pollard (Betty), Annie Johnson, Teresa Pollard, Sharon Pitts, Dorothy Avery (KC) and Tommy Harper (Connie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
