She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Pressley and William Franklin; her brother Randall Akins; and her brother-in-law Earl Leamer. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Pouncey (Connie) and Valeria Sorrells (John); her sisters, Doris Leamer and Denise Deas (Timmy); her sister-in-law Barbara Sue Akins; her brothers, Dean Franklin (Cindy) and Jamie Pressley (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Jessica, Hannah, Josh, Brooke, Maddy and Emma; and her great grandchildren, Riley and Weston.

In lieu of flowers, Vickie's family requests that donations be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
