She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Merritt; her son Kenny Merritt; and her siblings, Hazel Fleck and Grady Henderson. She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Merritt (Tammy) and Donnie Merritt (Tammy); her siblings, Jean Duck (Rayford), Len Henderson and Ben Henderson (Inez); her grandchildren, Chase Merritt, Christalyn Thomas (Jake), Kyle Hudmon (Brooke) and Jaimie Smith; and her great grandchildren, Harper Hudmon and Easton Hudmon.
In liew of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Cusseta Volunteer Fire Department, Cusseta Alabama.
