With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Katheryn Fincher of Cusseta, Alabama, born in Eclectic, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 84. As Katheryn departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Katheryn. Though Katheryn may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her close friend Claude Estes; her husband James Marion Fincher; and her parents, William Nolen Foster, Sr. and Pearlie Mae Robertson Foster. She is survived by: her siblings, Herchel Foster (Doris), Robert Foster and Virgie Mae Horn; and her family Katheryn.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel (3700 20th Ave, Valley, AL 36854).
