It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jorene Styres Cason of Cusseta, Alabama, born in Lanett, Alabama, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Styres and Ester Styres; her husband Leon B. Cason; her daughter Vicki Laster; her siblings, Ernest Styres, Norman Styres, Betty Styres Adkins and Lorene Session; her son-in-law Bobby White; and her great grandchild Brittany Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Diane White, Glenda Hilyer (Earl), Margaret Williams (Mike), Charles Evans, David Cason and Ella "Lucy" Russell; her grandchildren, Barry (Kristy), Tim (Donna), Matt (Amanda), Windy (Mark), Tammy (Johnnathan), Michelle (Tony), Rebecca, Chris (Ashley), Jake (Raely), Mark (Kiarra), David (Mary), Tracy, Kim (Mike), Stephanie (Eric) and Christian; her close friends, June, Rex Whatley and Vickey Hawkins; her nieces, Darlene and Martha; and also Jorene. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
