He is survived by: his wife Alana Chappell; his sons, Jamie, Brett and Dokata Arabie (Kody); his grandchild Jamison Chappell; his father Charles Chappell (Mary); his brother Lee Chappell (Stephanie); his nephews, Jonathan, Jarad, Jackson Chappell and Justin Chadwick; his in-law Anthony Chadwick (Cindy); his sister-in-law Jennifer Chadwick; and also Jessie Magbee (Cooter).
