He was predeceased by: his nephew Scott Coulter. He is survived by: his children, Kelsey Tyree (Mike), Theron Coulter (Kimberly), Benjamin Coulter and Noah Coulter; his parents, Ocie Coulter and Frances Coulter; his siblings, Kevin Coulter (Heather), David Coulter (Sandi), Jason Coulter and Alesha Coulter; and his stepchildren, Mikael, Austin, Amanda and Megan. He is also survived by one grandchild, two nieces, one nephew, two great-nieces, four aunts and uncles, and several cousins.
