He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Milligan-Sandlin and Odell Milligan-Sandlin; his wife Patrisia Sandlin; and his sons, Steven Sandlin and Timothy Sandlin.
He is survived by: his son Gary Sandlin (Tammy); his grandsons, Joseph Sandlin (Stephanie) and Jonathan Sandlin (Trishia); his great grandchildren, Claire Sandlin and Karissa Rosalez-Miller; and his daughter-in-law Liz Sandlin.
