He is survived by: his parents, Jason Fowler and Jana Fowler; his grandmother Dorothy S. Fowler; his aunts, Sandre McNeal (Paul) and Sara Getsay (Rick); and his cousins, Benjamin McNeal, Stephen McNeal, Shannon McNeal, Henry Getsay and Charlie Getsay.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Cullman High School Band Boosters.
